Added a new layout

The layout features Bad Luck from Gravitation. Most likely, its gonna be a temp layout because the shattered glass one was deleted.

Well some stupid scripting bastard went and ruined the server I was on so now everything post April 13 is gone :( And that’s from since equatic.net’s expiry :( :(
