Livejournal’s crack down on the fandom community
Hello, it seems the stresses of life have suddenly fallen back upon me.
Well, in a whirlwind of not so joyfulness after my joyful birthday,
Firstly, I’ve suddenly gone through food poisoning from bad birthday cake since the filling was made of “fresh” fruit [it was lovely when I ate it but what followed wasn’t so great >.>] so now I’ve been feeling quite weak.
Secondly, Livejournal has a crackdown on fanfic and fanart artists after getting falsely reported by a homophobic fraudulent organisation called “Warriors-for-innocence” because of the words written in the interests (GRR!! My fav. communities are being brought down! INJUSTICE!!) Now whilst some of the people getting removed should be, this also means that RPG journals, and other makebelieve interests are also getting removed. And and and.. they are getting rid of journals containing words such as deathnote of all things!! [it’s an anime if you can’t tell].

In particular, HP slash fanfiction related communities are getting wiped out >_> Grr.
Heck even, CNet Has reported on it.
Thirdly, it’ll be the last week of lessons in this university semester next week and I have an online equiz to do [fine… but it’s on differentiation and I need a bit of practice with that], BUT I now also have that 3000 word essay left, and I was going to start it before but now that I feel so bloody weak I can’t handle the books much. That and people seem to have borrowed all the good ones =( It appears that I might have to go and get the one in the usyd library… *gulp*
