Perhaps I have joined one too many things

International Cookbook, CONTACT, Careers Expo, etc. etc. etc.
Perhaps I’ve applied for one too many things. And of course there’s the major priority, the university coursework. Yay.
Not.

It’ll all be useful if I can handle it but I just don’t know if I will be able to.. or If i’ll get in with the two former options. It’s all interesting by itself but all together? Will I even have time? Or need I grab myself a time turner?

Oh I don’t know. I can’t even finish this blog completely since I need to rush off to eating my breakfast.

Interestingly or not, SBS has a show called “Down Under Grads”. Amusing pun. I’d like to think I won’t fall to that state of complete busyness. Although having to catch a 1.2 hr train and bus combination means I need to be on time else I’ll miss them. These days I really can’t skip lectures either. Not that I ever did. But you know.. there was always that option.

On a more superficial note, the jacket I ordered came. It’s so cute. I don’t usually say that.

LifeSize Video Communications

Now that Melbourne University [not that I go there or happen to even be in the same city], has a deep sea real time broadband connection with some university in the States, it makes me wonder if video communications, or video phones like the type you saw in 1990s futuristic movies would be more realistic.
However, I suppose one could just stick to software already in existence upon computers, rather than televisions ;p
For example, video conferencing equipment like LifeSize already channels high-definition video communications through broadband connection which enables natural, face-to-face communication among users.
Their technology enables organizations around the globe to experience video communications technology and products that were developed with the utmost quality, simplicity, connectivity, and manageability in mind. Which is sweeet, because nowadays, corporations are international.

One thing of interest would be the LifeSize Room, which allows up to six participants to connect in high definition. Video clips and other types of multimedia are able to be exchanged in clear high definition, allowing intricate details and creative ideas to be heard and seen. Week 1 into uni – exhausted already!?

Second year university has been more tiring than I thought. 6pm end times [albeit, I start at 11am/12pm ...] and huge frivolous breaks have shorted my energy. Not to mention getting used to the ever continuing stairs surrounding the campus.

I find psychology rather interesting, and legal as well. Accounting is something I am ambivalent about, and Finance I can barely hear or understand the lecturer so there are quite a few issues there.

In fact, I am already somewhat lost when it comes to accounting. I suppose it is due to its applied nature though. That and it’s the only actual second year subject I have since I’m doing a double degree. xD

I have a major headache and ought to sit properly to do my homework.

Also, there’s the figureditoutyet.com.au competition going on for 2nd year + undergraduate business students that I ought to work on. Oh and a more than brief glance over the legt1711 assignment could be something that I should be doing.

Back one week, and it is already so ever busy.
