Apologies for having not posted for the last 10 days, but since the beginning of last week until the end of this week [yes, tsk tsk for procrastinating a tad =p] I’ve been having my mid-semester exams and assignments to either complete or hand-in. 3 down, 1 more to go. I wish I could speak positively about it, but my group members are just so hopeless which negatively impacts my viewpoint of the subject.
Politics assignment – handed in last Tuesday. Feedback? Unheard of so soon for a 2000 word essay.
Accounting exam – last Friday. Multiple choice answers are up. Written part? Not even marked yet. Hopefully its marked in two weeks.
Legal exam – yesterday. It’s multiple choice but… I know I definitely have 3 wrong already [out of 30]. With luck its 12/15% like my assignment was but I’m not so certain since I didn’t account for it, and well, errors are only errors if they’re unexpected. At least, that’s the case according to the accounting standards – accounting for changes in accounting policy, estimates and errors.
And the source of my complaints for the last half of the semester [and the next 6 weeks]? Information systems. In the case, its the 30% assignment. However, there is a 10% group homework hand-in that spans for 5 pages each week that I tend to get stuck doing in its entirety. sigh
